JamesEB: As AndrewBlemings- pointed out, you can branch to separate lessons in Rise using button blocks.
This post has basic info about branching in Rise: PRIMER: How to Branch in a Rise Course | E-Learning Heroes
As I wrote in that post, the ability to branch comes with some caveats:
- All navigation must be done with Button and Button Stack blocks. In other words, you have to turn off the built-in menu and the Prev/Next Lesson buttons.
- Rise doesn't have a way to track which branch someone follows. It can only track completion.
- Completion can only be tracked via one of the following methods:
1) Steer all users to the same final Lesson in Rise. In that Lesson, insert a Storyline block that has a completion trigger. Track completion via that Storyline block.
or
2) Steer all users to the same final Quiz in Rise. Track completion via that Quiz.
