Dear articulate community,
My licence is about to expire and I'll be taking out another one later next year. I'd like to know how to keep my work on Rise so that I can modify it or add to it next year. For example, on articulate I can keep the story point, so that I can reopen it with another licence, but what about the work on rise?
As per the Terms of Service:
Following the termination or cancellation of Customer’s access to the Services, Articulate retains Customer Content for up to six (6) months pursuant to its record retention policy. After six (6) months, Articulate permanently deletes Customer Content from Articulate’s servers and cannot restore it. Upon request, Articulate can delete Customer Content as sooner, in which case it will not be retrievable.
