Thanks for the heads up, Anthony! So far our team hasn't been able to recreate this problem, so would you mind sharing a short video of your steps? We really appreciate you bringing this up because these are exactly the kinds of things we want to sort out while this is a beta feature!
I am having the feeling that the question bank can simply not be included into the course in case the questions contain pictures. At least I cannot upload the question bank - it does not stop loading...

I have had no problems using images in question banks.
