Hi there, Karl. Thanks so much for bringing this up!
If the source question bank is modified, those changes aren't reflected until you edit the draw. Click Edit, then click Update Draw, and the images that you added to the questions in the bank should appear.
i dont have the option number of questions in draw ?
I am also missing this option, did you work out why?
