Hi David,
I created a question bank with 5 questions where each question has an image.
I created a quiz in a Rise course with a draw of 4 random questions from this bank.
Draw completed successfully, and the quiz works correctly when taken in Preview mode.

Thanks for testing this at your end, I have just tested again this morning and issue seems to be resolved but a colleague of mine is still having the same issue.
Hi David! If your colleague is still encountering this issue can you ask him to clear his browser cache and then restart his browser? Let me know if that works!
Hi Hazel - thanks for this. That is one simple test that we both missed, we tried all the obvious stuff trying to fix but not browser cache. We'll try today and I'll let you know. Just a quick update - the problem does not exist on my side at all now so I tested creating bank with the same images my colleague is using and it failed so the problem seems to be with that particular images for some reason. Standard img formats .jpg and .png. I will update with outcome.
