New in Rise 360: More Course Customization with Themes
- 3 days ago
Hi everyone!
Great news for those of you who asked for an easier way to save and reuse your organization’s branding across Rise 360 courses! 🎉 Brands is now available in public beta in Rise 360.
With Brands, you can create reusable brand presets with your logo, brand colors, and heading and body fonts, then apply them to your Rise 360 content. You can also set a brand as the default for newly created training, so your team doesn’t have to reapply those brand elements each time they start something new.
You can learn more about creating and applying Brands.
Since Brands is currently in public beta, we’d especially love to hear what else you need from this experience. If you give it a try, please share your feedback through the Share feedback option next to the beta tag. Your input will help us better understand which additional brand settings, permissions, and bulk actions would be most valuable to your team!
As Dan mentions, only the course owner can change the course settings, including theme, navigation mode, and collaborators. We've made updates in this user guide on how to collaborate with other authors.
Thanks for sharing your feedback on the impact to your collaboration workflow. If we make any changes, I'll share here!
Echoing what others have already posted regarding removing Theme settings from Course Managers. This presents a real issue for organizations that have delegated course development to the manager role. Please explain Articulate' s thinking on this change which - as mentioned by others - creates an immediate workflow problem for orgs using this model. Please consider resolving as soon as possible.
