As others have stated above, limiting the Theme setting to the course owner is very restrictive. We like may others have multiple people working on our course library and will be reviewing themes for all our course using the new settings. Please make a change to have all course managers and collaborators to be able to make changes to theme settings. This restriction makes absolutely no sense at all. Thanks
