New in Rise 360: More Course Customization with Themes
- 3 days ago
Hi everyone!
Great news for those of you who asked for an easier way to save and reuse your organization’s branding across Rise 360 courses! 🎉 Brands is now available in public beta in Rise 360.
With Brands, you can create reusable brand presets with your logo, brand colors, and heading and body fonts, then apply them to your Rise 360 content. You can also set a brand as the default for newly created training, so your team doesn’t have to reapply those brand elements each time they start something new.
You can learn more about creating and applying Brands.
Since Brands is currently in public beta, we’d especially love to hear what else you need from this experience. If you give it a try, please share your feedback through the Share feedback option next to the beta tag. Your input will help us better understand which additional brand settings, permissions, and bulk actions would be most valuable to your team!
Anyone else having issues with the new theme update causing the course logo path to break once courses are loaded into your LMS?
For us, the theme logo displays fine in Rise and Review, but when we load the course into an LMS, the course logo path is broken. Looking for the logo in ../scormcontent/assets/rise/courses/.. which obviously doesn't exist in the published package.
This is obviously a serious issue for us. See attachments.

Hi Nick, Yes I have had three instances of the logo link breaking. These are existing courses which I have made a minor change to the content and republished - not using the new themes and each time the logo link is broken.

Hello Nick and Gerry,
We released a fix earlier for course logos not making it to the published output. Republishing the affected courses should no longer result in the logos going missing.
Thanks you for your patience.- GerryMcAteer-864 years agoCommunity Member
