NEW IN RISE 360: Templates
It’s already easy to build fully responsive courses quickly in Rise 360. And now, we’ve added another time-saving way to create engaging courses for every learner: templates.
The templates cover a range of topics from information security to leadership development, and more. Choose the template you want and then swap out placeholder text and media with your own content—that’s it!
Check out this video to see templates in action.

I work in health care it would be nice to see additional medical templates.
Thanks
Hey, folks! These are excellent questions.
Is there a way to apply a template (branding, color, fonts, style, structure) and can this template be shared with all users in a team?
While Rise 360 doesn't have the exact feature you're looking for, the best way to handle this is to create a master template course. Design the course using the branding, color, fonts, style, and structure need for the template. Then, add every user on the team as a collaborator. When an author needs to create a course using the template, they'll duplicate the master template course, and then work from the duplicate.
I realize there are some limitations to this method, so I'll let our team know that you need a better way to handle this situation!
Is there any possibility of teams being able to create and host their own templates internally rather than having to share them with each other?
While you can use Block Templates to design a full lesson, there isn't a similar method for designing a full course template. I suggest following the steps I outlined above to create a master course template, then add each user as a collaborator.

Hi there. These templates look great. I have a couple questions I was hoping the community could answer:
1. Do these templates have sources for the material that was used?
2. Are there any legal/copyright issues we need to know about before using these in our organization?
Thanks!

Thank you. I am unable to preview the Compliance & Legal template. It opens a blank page.

Hi Mary!
Try logging out of Rise 360, then log back in. From your Rise 360 dashboard, click the New Course button, and select Templates.
Then hover over the Protecting Patient Privacy course, and click Preview Template. Let me know if that works for you!

These are great! Do you have any templates or suggestions on using Rise as a dashboard for project progress/status when sharing with a senior leadership team?

Thanks...That worked and this time I opened in Google Chrome.

Hi there, Sonja. I'm sorry your team is getting hung up. Start by making sure you have access to all things Articulate 360, and if that doesn't help, let us know!

I had access yesterday and I'm running the latest version of 360 so I'm not sure why I would be able to access them today?

Can we a template into an already existing course (merge)?
Hey Joel! The template will be added to your dashboard as a complete course, but you can open the course outline and easily copy lessons to another existing course:

EXCELLENT! That is great news and helps us immensely! Thank you for the input :)

Not sure why but when I attempt to try out the new templates, I get the Oops message...Oops!
