New learning program Pilot strategy
Good morning everyone.
I am currently playing in a space that I have not been in for a very long time.
Would anyone have a good pilot plan/strategy that they would be willing to share with me? We are going out with a new program that we are about to pilot with a small target group, and I want to ensure I am covering all the basis.

Hi Nadine! Thanks for posting your question here! I don't have much experience piloting any programs but wanted to share this similar discussion on the topic. I know it's a super old thread, but I think the advice shared in the comments section is still relevant. Also, hopefully the community might have some more ideas to share! 🤞
