New themes - no longer see my cover photo in the side bar menu

I was trying out the new themes. Two issues I am having, if I change the theme it changes my colour of my course I already had to the orange or when I do Apex it is lime green. I alrea...

It is unfortunate though re: loading the most recent theme default. As I was hoping to go into a few courses and make some adjustments but I would have hoped I didn't have to recent colours and fonts. But appreciate the quick reply :)
