I am trying to utilize the Articulate ribbon in Powerpoint .I keep getting a message that they can't be accessed online, they must be on a local drive. I then opened a new project, saved it to a local folder (made sure it was not onedrive), and I get the same message no matter what I do. What am I doing wrong?

It looks like PowerPoint is still detecting that you're working out of an online drive. Can I ask if you are working out of a virtual computer? Or is your whole drive being synced to an online location by an application like OneDrive?
If the issue persists, please take a screenshot of the exact directory where you have your files saved so we can check if its a directory that has sync enabled.
