Not able to make any changes in hotspot in Rise
Goodmorning,
Already for two days I'm trying to change a hotspot in a rise course that i'm building for a client, but I keep getting an error. Which says: error: something went wrong. Please try again or contact support if the problem persists.
It happens every time when I changed some content or the marker style. Then when I'm done with editing i click 'close' en then I get the error.... Sometimes I also get the error when I'm still making changes.
Is there someone from the support staff that can help me?

Hi LaurenDuvall I tried one of his options and it seems to be working!
Is it a workaround that's worked or has the software been fixed, please?
