Not full screen on phone and tablet

I'm building an eLearning on Storyline 3 to be viewed mainly on mobile. When I published the course, there is a black block underneath the course when viewed on mobile but it's in full leng...
it depends
- on the screen ratio of the device (320x568, 375x667, 414x736, 414x896, 390x884 ...)
- which storyline navigation buttons you use
- modern player (storyline 360) / classic player
just test it yourself
here is an example for
- iPhone XR (ratio 414x896)
- modern player
- all standard button active
=> (optimal) storyline size 640x1300 pixel
for all other screen ratios there are other 'optimal' sizes at storyline
