On the iPad, the audio in the Storyline course stops

On the iPad, the audio in the Storyline course stops playing under the following scenario:

Open the Storyline course in the iPad browser. Then, switch to another application and return to the course. In this scenario, the course audio does not play.

    Kelly, we created a Storyline module with narration and our client reported a similar issue, "we had reports this week from 2 TSMs (sales representatives) stating the Audio Narration stops working once you walk away from the iPad. They need to restart the module to get the audio working again." Is this an issue with Articulate Storyline and if so are you addressing it? I need to report back to our client with your response as soon as possible. Do you know of any other discussions that cover this as well? The Storyline module is running on their LMS Totora. Thanks.
