In both Rise and Storyline, you can only have 1 language for the Text Labels. 

That's why folks I work with want a separate SCORM package published for each language.

  • They use their LMS settings to allow the learner to choose a language.
  • Another option is to pay for the programming that can combine the SCORM packages into one bigger package, with a web page at the start for choosing the language. (Sorry, but I don't have any recommendations for who does that sort of work.)
