Opening screen / soundcheck Tutorial

A tutorial? Not that I know of, but you could easily accomplish this feature requirement through the use of a layer (or a lightbox) that would play a sound clip and require the learner to click "Yes, I hear the audio" or a similarly worded button in order to continue.
Standards? Not that I know of.
But I would first want to confirm with the customer that this feature is indeed required. A simple text box that says "This course contains audio" and a speaker icon may be all that is needed, both of which are simply present somewhere on the opening screen.
