password font farsi(persian)
I want the password not to be visible when writing, I have used the password font, but when I write in English, the password is not visible, but when I write in Farsi(persian), the password is visible.why?
Hi Mah,
Thanks for reaching out!
I did a quick search for the supported languages of the Password font and it looks like it only supports English and Zulu.
I understand that there's a possibility that you may have downloaded your font from a different source. Try checking the source of where you downloaded your Password font from to see if it supports Farsi (Persian). If your font supports English, open a support case with our team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.

you can check for which languages the font is on
result: 113 languages incl. persian
it seem to be a problem of the ttfToWoff converter in storyline

Hi
In other programs, this font(password font) works correctly when persian typing.
In Storyline, before previewing, the font of the password works correctly when persian typing , but after previewing, the font does not work.

yes it's another bug with the storyline method to create and include web-fonts (special for input text)

What is the solution? The password should not be seen in Farsi either.
Hi Mah,
Since it appears that your font supports the Persian language, I opened a support case on your behalf so our support engineers can take a closer look at the behavior. Someone from our team will be reaching out to you shortly to help troubleshoot!

open a support case - this is very important - otherwise the errors will never be fixed
