PDF export function not working!
Has anyone else experienced this? I can download SCORM packages, APIs, etc., but I can’t download a PDF of my course. I’ve tried multiple browsers and different networks (work and home), but no luck. I also haven’t been able to get a response from Articulate. The strange part is that this only seems to be affecting one specific course—others download just fine. Is anyone else running into this? Please help!

Is there any custom HTML code or something unique to that one particular course that could be causing the issue?

not to my knowledge its a duplicate of a course that I have published in the past.
