Peek Mouse Pointer

When playing back videos the mouse pointer is not in sync - can i disable showing the mouse pointer?

  • Hello Carole,

I am not able to replicate in PEEK, or maybe I do not understand the dilemma.  But the answer to your question is - there is not way to remove the mouse in PEEK.

  • in both PEEK an REPLAY I have noticed that the mouse pointer, despite being resized and cloloured for improved visibility, is not wholly visible in the rocording and when it is, it is often out of sync with how it moved on screen in real time. Is this a common issue?

      Hello Paul,

Can I ask if you've tried setting the DPI value of your monitor to 100%? You can change this by right-clicking anywhere on your desktop and selecting Display Settings. We recommend setting the value of this field to as close to 100% as possible:

If the issue persists after adjusting this value, try repairing Peek 360 or Replay 360 to see if this fixes the problem.
