Phone Preview not play SL blocks

Hi I saw that other people had this same issue but there was no solution so I am opening up a case for this. My storyline blocks don't play in the phone preview mode.  https://rise.articulate.com/s...

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your Rise share link! We'd be happy to test your course in phone preview mode, but we need a copy of your Rise course to preview it from there.

Would you be willing to share your Rise course with our team so we can examine what you have set up? You can share it privately by opening a support case, and we'll provide instructions on how to send a copy. We'll delete it when we're done testing.
