Photo won't copy from one Storyline file to another

I am trying to copy a photo - by itself, and tried with the whole slide - and while I can see a photo listed on the timeline and it is set to visible, it's blank in the new file. I have both Storyli...

Thanks for the details of what you are experiencing, Marilyn.

We do have an issue reported to our team that we are looking into where some images (though not consistently) are pasting as transparent rectangles instead of the image copied.

We have a couple of workarounds mentioned while we investigate the issue:

  • Right-click on the image from source Story file >Export>Save picture. Then insert the picture in the story file.
  • Import slide to the other story file.
