Photo won't copy from one Storyline file to another

I am trying to copy a photo - by itself, and tried with the whole slide - and while I can see a photo listed on the timeline and it is set to visible, it's blank in the new file. I have both Storyli...

Hi, Marilyn.

I just wanted to share that we no longer see the bug reported where copying/pasting an image from one Storyline file to another results in a transparent box outline using the latest build of Storyline (3.61.27106.0).

If you're using the latest version and you're still experiencing this issue, please reach out to our support team through a case.

    I'm still experiencing the same issue, as I type this. I can't copy the image from one SL to another.

      Hi Kye,

      I'm happy to chime in! Does this behavior happen to all images in your Storyline project or only to a particular one? If you cannot copy just one image, does removing that one and reinserting it to Storyline allow you to copy it to another project?

      If all your images are affected, please try importing your slides into a new Storyline project. That process will help remove possible corrupt elements. If you see something different and repairing Storyline doesn't improve things, could I have you connect with us in a case so we can determine what's happening?
