Player progress bar and video progress bar are always start at the beginning when scrubbing
I am sorry, StevenBenassi , I know this "text element" you are posting on every second post here in this community very well.
I really had hoped I would get some answers regarding this special case from some community members or even your staff members here. The SAP LSO is very old and sometimes very special.
I am sorry to say, that referring to SCORM Cloud is not a solution in this case.

Thanks so much for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it can be when your course isn't working as expected. We'd be more than happy to take a look at your file. This will allow us to do some further testing and rule out potential causes. You're welcome to upload it here or privately in a support case and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
