Player progress bar and video progress bar are always start at the beginning when scrubbing

I had informed SAP Support meanwhile and they have made a patch for the content player - so the bug ist gone.As far as I know: These patches are not distributed to all customers. So if you have the same problem in SAP LSO reach out to SAP Support for a patch.
I saw something similar and testing in SCORM Cloud helped determine it was due to missing Accept-Ranges header on the LMS side.

I wouldn't consider this a "solution", but a patch for SAP only. I hope Articulate doesn't close this issue seeing there is a comment "marked as solution".
The problem with the videos is directly connected to SAP LSO as I wrote in my first post.
So... yes... getting a SAP LSO patch for the problem is the solution for the problem I personally encountered and described here. It seems not a problem created by Storyline.
If you have the same problem in your LMS try to reach out to your LMS support.
I have checked the problem in other LMS's like Moodle and other big HR Suites and there it is not a problem at all. For me it's only the "old SAP LSO" which is creating problems.
