Player screen
I can't figure out how to adjust the player screen to expand the slide and remove the black on either side of the slide. The player preview only shows a thin layer of black on either side of the slide, but the slide preview shows much thicker black on both sides.

Hi Jaclyn Fridlyand, you can always disable the options from the player settings to expand your screen. To do this, click on the Player and then deselect the options from the Features tab. Hope this resolves your issue.

This seems to be an issue when using slides that were shared via Team Slides. It is not happening when starting a new project. Any insight as to why this would happen with Team Slides?

Hi Jaclyn,
I'm sorry you're having this issue with Team Slides. Is there a specific Team slide that this is happening with? Would you be willing to share your file here or with our support engineers privately in a support case so we can take a look?
Thanks for reaching out!

Hi, I'm sorry I realized I hadn't written back to this. I continued with the eLearning using the slide as is. I do notice some odd things happening when sharing Team Slides, but I'll reach back out if/when there is something I want to troubleshoot.

Jaclyn, were you able to get a resolution to this? To reduce the player frame/slide ratio? I have also tried adjusting the size of the slide, and the size of the player frame still seems disproportionate.
Thank you.

Hello,
I hadn't had the issue since. It seemed to happen with the slides that were shared using Team Slides, but not for new projects.
