Player Will Not Open
Hello all, For some reason, the Player button no longer opens the Player when I click it.

Hi, was there ever a fix found for this. I am experiencing a similar issue. When I click on the 'Player' an outline of the player window appears but there is nothing to click on. The outline will disappear but is obviously still there somewhere as you are unable to click within the software and just get the error beep. The only way to resolve this, is to 'ctrl / alt / delete and close the program.

I'm happy to help, and I have a few questions to help troubleshoot!
- Are you up to date with the latest version of Storyline? We're currently on version 3.96.33815.0.
- Does this happen with multiple files? What about a brand-new file?
I suggest trying a Storyline repair that typically resolves unexpected behavior such as this. If the issue persists, please let me know here or privately in a support case so we can investigate further!
