I created a course in two different languages (Italian and English), separating them into two different scenes that users select in the first slide. Is it possible, possibly using triggers, to display only the paragraphs related to the selected course scene in the player menu?

That's possible using JavaScript. Nedim has provided an example of that here: Force the menu to only show slides from selected scenes (not the whole project) | Articulate - Community
