Poor image quality in Storyline 360

This happens to me as well, even with the built in characters. I'm using 360, so far I tried it on Chrome.

I'm attaching a screenshot oh how the characters appear in the editing environment and how they appear in the published course.

    Hi Yael,

    Thanks for reaching out and sharing images of what you are seeing as well. 

    Are you adding the character directly in Storyline?

    Would you be able to share the .story file you are working on and the details here?
