Poor image quality in Storyline 360

I, too am eagerly awaiting some kind of solution to this. I'm in the same boat as Lucy, as my created files are confidential, I am unfortunately not able to share them. If I understand correctly, you should have gotten quite some examples from others in this thread.
I continue to have issues as well despite publishing them in the correct
format and size described. It is a HUGE issue...Katelin Jordan
