Poor image quality in Storyline 360

Hello, what we used to do, without scientific truth (but it seems to work) : record the files to the dimension of the scene but at high resolution (ex .: scene = 1400x788px then img = 1400x788px 300ppp).
Not sure I understand this suggestion, but I have tried capturing images at 1400x788 and it did not resolve the issue.
