Pop Out Window in Storyline 360

I've searched high and low, but can't seem to find a clear answer. I'm working on a mock website—more like a training sandbox environment—and I need to create a pop-out window that users can keep open while interacting with the rest of the slides/content.

At first, I considered using a Lightbox-style slide, but it doesn't seem to support moving the content to a separate window or screen while still allowing users to interact with the main slide deck.

Is this something that's possible—either using Lightbox, JavaScript, or another approach? I'm open to suggestions or best practices for achieving this kind of functionality.
