Storyline: Can't save when windows undocked
This seemed to start to happen mid-project. If the Timeline is undocked, the SAVE won't happen and I get the Windows Sound Effect for "don't do that". I have to re-dock to save.

Great to see that Ron has been helping you.
I can confirm we had this behavior logged as a bug in Storyline 360. This bug caused:
- Some ribbon tabs and controls could not be selected when the Timeline was undocked
I'm happy to share that Storyline 360 version 3.111.36309.0 introduced a fix for this issue! Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You'll find our step-by-step instructions here.

I understand that this should be addressed in the next update. Try a different monitor, and it may work as well.

Thanks Ron - Do you mean connect a different monitor or just undock to a different monitor?

If you have Multiple monitors, move SL onto a different monitor and see if it persists. I have the issue when running SL on my laptop monitor, but not on my external monitors. However, please note that this issue should be resolved very soon.

I've noticed that this is happening too when I'm trying to place an image in my slide. I used to be able to undock my slide and move it to another monitor, select my location to insert photo and now it does not allow me to do that unless my timeline is docked. Anyone else encountering this all of a sudden?
