Predefined templates in Storyline 360
Hi!
I have been importing templates from the content library in Storyline, however it doesn't work to preview or publish these slides. Does anyone know what might be wrong?

So sorry to hear you're having difficulties with publishing/previewing when using Content Library templates. I understand how frustrating that can be, and I'm happy to help!
I have a few questions in order to assist you better:
- What version of Storyline are you currently working on? ( Our latest release is Build 3.73.30119.0)
- Does this behavior happen when working in a brand new .story file?
- Would you be able to send us a screen recording of what happens when you attempt to publish/preview your course? That will help us better understand this behavior.
