I am struggling to use Articulate Presenter. I have uninstalled and re-installed Articulate Studio several times, ensured everything was updated, and so forth. For work - everything is back...

Hi Kristin,
I'm glad to hear that Rowie was able to help with a solution which is disabling the syncing to OneDrive and saving the files to another folder on the C: drive.
