Preventing Learner from leaving quiz

We have found that if we turn off all navigation (including the sidebar) and force the learner to pass the quiz before advancing that we can prevent the learner from leaving the quiz while taking the quiz. But, this is pretty extreme and our client is unhappy that we have removed the sidebar. Does anyone have any other options? 

KeithKemsley : Unfortunately, with a Rise course, that's the choice you have: 

• keep the navigation sidebar and let the user's look up answers

or

• hide the navigation sidebar so the user's can't look up answers, but also can't navigate the course as easily

Personally, I'd go with the first option. After all, in real life, if someone doesn't know an answer, you probably want them to look it up.
