Preview issue in Moodle LMS

Hello.

Our organisation uses Moodle LMS. We prepare training courses in Articulate Storyline, export them as SCORM 2004 2nd Edition, and upload them to the LMS. We have been experiencing an issue for quite some time now, and we have recently started working on a solution. The issue is as follows: I finish the SCORM package and close the window. When I click on the package again, it opens in preview mode, and all the slides appear locked. If I close this window and click on the package again (regardless of how many times I click within the same session), it opens normally and continues from where it left off (the last slide, since I completed the package). What we want is for everyone taking the training to be able to continue from where they left off, no matter when they enter the training. Does anyone have any ideas on this?

    Hi FatmaEkiolu​ what do you mean by preview mode where slides are locked? Is this referring to the state when you complete a quiz/assessment and then review your responses, or something else?

    Also, are you using a plugin or something else within Moodle to support SCORM 2004? Is there a reason you are using that over SCORM 1.2, as I know SCORM 1.2 is fully supported natively in Moodle, whilst SCORM 2004 isn't. Mentioning just in case you've changed recently.
