Preview not the same as Project slide
I have another weird effect going on with my Storyline360 projects
Earlier this week some but not all of my slides with images were displaying the images in the preview but not on the project view (the images were visible in the timeline but I couldn't do anything with them - select, move etc!) - I posted a discussion on this
Now on a completely different project I have quiz slides that do not format correctly when in Preview (and the issue also presents when the project is published) - see attached screenshots - again this issue is not presenting on all slides, just a couple!
This is beginning to get extremely frustrating!
Can anyone help?.... why this is happening, and how do I fix it!
That is strange - Is this file on your "C" drive?

That's a good question! I thought it was on my local drive... however I have just checked and in fact its running from my Onedrive!....I'm guessing that is the cause of the issue?!

Ron is right; saving and publishing your files on your local drive is recommended. Working on a network drive may cause erratic behavior. You can sync your files to OneDrive, but make sure to open the file from your local drive. If the problem still happens, try these steps to fix possible installation issues.
We'd be glad to investigate further if the problem persists. You may share your Storyline project here or privately in a support case so we can take a look. We'll delete it when we're done testing.
