Preview not the same as Project slide

Ron is right; saving and publishing your files on your local drive is recommended. Working on a network drive may cause erratic behavior. You can sync your files to OneDrive, but make sure to open the file from your local drive. If the problem still happens, try these steps to fix possible installation issues.
We'd be glad to investigate further if the problem persists. You may share your Storyline project here or privately in a support case so we can take a look. We'll delete it when we're done testing.
