Printing User Input to a PDF

I've seen multiple threads on this, tried one (it did not work).
Anyone know if I can allow the user to print their text input?
So, I have an activity with a number of text input...

Some variables are not properly declared. Take a look and compare variable names in step 1 vs step 2. For instance: SustainableDevelopment and CarbonFootprint.
Thank you Nedim - I knew it would have been something simple that I had missed.
It works :) think I had been looking at the code for too long yesterday to even notice what I had done.
