Problem Accessing Rise in Browser – Trial Version
Bonjour,
J'ai souscrit à la version d'essai et j'essaie d'utiliser Articulate Rise en ligne depuis le navigateur (Google, caches et cookies vidés), mais cela ne fonctionne pas. Quand je clique sur Create New > Course, rien ne se passe, sur Select Template ça mouline et sur Preview Template, ça me déconnecte. Je suis sur MacbookPro de 2019, version Montery, la configuration est suffisante, je n'ai pas encore installé l'application par contre. Est ce que quelqu'un a déjà rencontré ce problème ? Merci beaucoup !

I signed up for the trial version and I'm trying to use Articulate Rise online from my browser (Google Chrome, with cache and cookies cleared), but it's not working. When I click on Create New > Course, nothing happens; when I click Select Template, it just keeps loading; and when I try Preview Template, it logs me out. I'm using a 2019 MacBook Pro running Monterey, so the setup should be sufficient. I haven't installed the app yet, though. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thank you very much!
