Problem inserting AI audio
Hello eLearning Heroes,
When using this AI voice (attached), the audio is generated, but the closed captions—which are checked by default—do not get generated. I tried uploading the audio multiple times, but in the end, it always gives me an error message. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Try reinstalling Storyline to ensure the latest updates. Then try adding the audio again. If it still fails, submit a support case. (The reinstall process has solved many issues for me, and this might work for you here.)
