Problem With "Image as Background" Option [Microlearning]
Hello everyone, 🎉
I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360. This update fixes the issue you encountered where the background color of text blocks spills over interactive blocks with an image background. There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to export your Rise 360 course again.
Let me know if you have any questions about this update or the issue you reported!
This seems to be broken again. It was displaying fine about a week and a half ago, but the problem came back when I made changes and re-published to Review.
Hello HeatherStern810,
I'm sorry to hear that you ran into this issue, especially since we thought it had been fixed. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you're seeing as well as the share link to your course so we can replicate the affected section of your course for testing? You can open a case with our support team here if you prefer to share these details in private and we'll delete them when we're done!

Good afternoon,
We have the same problem with a Button Stack with a image background and a spacer block.
The problem is that without the divider block the Button Stack doesn´t center in the screen. We thought that this would solved the problem but the spacer block overlaps the Button Stack. This doesn´t happens always, it is only when we reduce the size of the screen. For example in mobile view.
Why does this happen? How can we solved it?

HI, ErnestoElorza-9,
Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue when you add a button stack. I tried to replicate this on my end, but the button stack appears to remain centered. Are you willing to share a copy of your course with us so we can troubleshoot further? You can share your file in a support case and we'll delete it from our systems once we're done testing!
