Problem With "Image as Background" Option [Microlearning]

I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360. This update fixes the issue you encountered where the background color of text blocks spills over interactive blocks with an image background. There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to export your Rise 360 course again.

Hi KellyAuner​ & JoseTansengco​ ! Something very similar is happening right now. This course was published last year with no problem. The way the slides looked in Edit mode, was the way they looked in Preview, and when published. I have to do some edits to the course and noticed this problem with background images not resizing in final outcome, regardless of if the image is cropped, or the block padding is adjusted, it still expands the background image, pushing the rest of the content up/down (no longer a slide that fits in the screen). Please, help. Thank you!
Happy to check this for you. Have you tried importing your lessons into a new Rise 360 course to see if this resets the background image in your slides?
If that doesn't fix the issue, we'll need to test your course to see what's causing the background image to behave that way. Please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course for testing. We'll delete it when we're done!
