problem with storyline imported to rise

I am importing some storylines into rise, but some of them stay loading and are never uploaded, I was checking why this was happening and apparently when the storyline has a downloadable file and this storyline is imported into rise it generates that error, when removing the button with the downloadable storyline, the rise allows you to import the storyline and it is uploaded normally, I don't know if it is my error or the program's error as such.

    It sounds like you're trying to import a Storyline block into Rise 360, but it won't load properly or at all. Is that correct? If you remove a specific button, and the import works as expected, I'm inclined to believe the issue is course-related. It's hard to confirm without seeing your project, so if you're comfortable sharing, I'd like to take a closer look! You can upload it here or share it privately in a support case. We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
