Problems publishing to PDF
Hello everyone,
I’m happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360. This update fixes the issue you encountered where publishing to PDF could get stuck when a course included an Embed block using an iframe to display a PDF.
There’s nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you may need to refresh the editor window to use the latest version.

I'm having this issue again unfortunately, and have for the past few days. I've tried it using different wifi connections in different locations, across Chrome and Safari, and after clearing cache – none of these have worked. Advice much appreciatedHi BhaveetRadia-27,

Based on what you’re describing, it’s possible this is related to a known issue we’re tracking where publishing to PDF can get stuck if the course includes an Embed block that uses an iframe to display a PDF. This only affects PDF export, other publish formats continue to work as expected.
If your course does include embeds like that, a current workaround is to replace the iframe with a direct URL to the PDF in the Embed block instead. If you’re not using iframe-based PDF embeds, or you’re still seeing the issue after trying that, the next step would be for our support team to take a closer look at your course.

Thanks for you reply. The course does contain iframes. Do you have an idea of when this issue is likely to be resolved? Given the amount of iframes we use, and how often we need to use PDFs of our modules, it isn't really feasible for us to remove the iframes in order to export to PDF.
