Problems publishing to PDF
Hello everyone,
I’m happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360. This update fixes the issue you encountered where publishing to PDF could get stuck when a course included an Embed block using an iframe to display a PDF.
There’s nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you may need to refresh the editor window to use the latest version.

hi, I am also having trouble publishing a rise course to PDF, I have removed all code blocks but still doesnt work. Please let me knwo if there is any other solution , thanks!

I’m sorry you’re both still having trouble exporting your courses to PDF. I appreciate the troubleshooting you’ve already done, including testing without code blocks and Storyline blocks.
The fix shared earlier addressed a specific issue with Embed blocks that displayed PDFs using iframe code. Since removing those other blocks hasn’t resolved the issue for you, it would be helpful to narrow down whether something else is affecting the export.
Could each of you try publishing another course to PDF and let us know if you run into the same issue?
