Public Links not working in Review

I have four courses that I have made review links for to send to content experts. The content expert does not have Articulate so I made the links public but it is continuing to ask them to log in. Is there something that I need to do different?

    Reviewers without an Articulate account can certainly still access Review 360 links! They'll be prompted to enter their email address in order to post comments and receive notifications for replies.

    • If the client has created an Articulate ID in the past, for instance, while using a trial, they will be prompted to sign in using that ID (email address used to create an account).
