I'm sorry you're having an issue with your images disappearing when publishing to Word! That is very strange! I have a few follow-up questions for you.
- Is this the only file you have this problem with?
- What version of Word are you using?
- Would you be willing to share your file here or with our support engineers privately in a support case so we can troubleshoot?
