Published SCORM not playing
I have published a storyline SCORM and have tried to play it on a couple of different SCORM players but when I launch it in the player it does not load and the pulsating ellipsis (to indicate loading) remains.
I have v3.71.29339.0 with updates and also uninstalled and reinstalled storyline as an added measure. I have successfully published dozens of SCORM packages previously and am following the same processes. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm sorry you're having an issue loading your SCORM package! The first thing I'd do is rule out any issues with the SCORM player. Have you tested your course in SCORM cloud? It's an online LMS environment that can be used to figure out whether there's an issue with an LMS. If you test your course on SCORM cloud and it works perfectly, then your issue is LMS based.
If the issue persists, we'd be happy to look at the file for you. You could share your file here or with our support engineers privately in a support case.

I have tested in two SCORM players (one being SCORM Cloud) -- packages I created a couple of weeks are fine but not ones I created today and yesterday.
I have logged a support case.
